Color was the name of the game in Isaac Mizrahi's 2009 Resort collection. The bright citrus and blue hues were some of our favorites, great for brightening up almost any summer occasion.Mizrahi's looks were nearly all high-waisted or belted, two trends that are clearly going to be sticking around for a while. We especially loved his shirt and skirt combos as well as the belts they were paired with.
Our favorite looks of the collection included a white high waisted skirt, belted with a blue ruffled oxford and a to die for floor length gray dress with bright pink and yellow flower embellishments.
