Yesterday, fashion designer Stella McCartney presented her spring 2009 collection in Jefferson Market Garden, Greenwich Village. The park’s laid back atmosphere and bright florals complimented McCartney’s carefree style flawlessly.McCartney’s long time friend Kate Hudson managed to squeeze away from filming Bride Wars and stop by. It’s been reported that the red heeled clad vixen has recently been seeing Lance Armstrong.
Fashion models Lekeliene Strange, Jourdan Dunn and Chanel Iman showed off McCartney clothing in laced up pumps, gladiator heels and point-toe pumps. The collection’s colors range from flattering neutrals to the occasional pop of red and bright pink. Long tailored blazers were paired with oxfords or tees and loose charmeuse tops were cinched in with satin belts. Our two favorite dresses are the navy printed shirt dress and the bright red neck-tie dress.
